The Reality Behind the 14-Hour Myth
Many fresh arrivals in Kota force themselves into unrealistic 16-hour sleep-deprived schedules during their first month, only to burn out by November. Consistency over 18 months beats heroic 3-day bursts every single time.
The 3x4 Block Daily Timetable
- Block 1 (Morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM): High-concentration subjects (Physics or Math problem solving).
- Block 2 (Afternoon 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM): Coaching classes or lecture review and class notes revision.
- Block 3 (Evening 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM): NCERT reading, memorization, and homework problem sheets.
Sleep is non-negotiable. Seven hours of deep sleep is essential for the hippocampus to consolidate short-term memories into permanent recall.
