Return Window
We offer a 3-day return window starting from the day your order is marked as delivered by our courier partners.
Return requests made after 3 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted. Please inspect your books immediately upon delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the books must be in their original condition. They must not have any handwritten markings, highlights, folds, torn pages, or water damage.
Any accompanying materials (such as mock test papers, CD/DVDs, scratch codes, or supplementary booklets) must be returned unused in their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a book that is misprinted, bound incorrectly, damaged in transit, or is the wrong title/edition, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, email us with your order ID and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund upon verification.
Return Process
To start a return, email us at support@easytopick.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Depending on your location and pin code, we may arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship the item (reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed for verified defective items).
Refund Methods and Timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned books at our warehouse, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1 to 2 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or store credit based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories or items are non-returnable. This includes personalized study packages, online test series keys that have already been activated, and clearance sale books.
