We try to keep product titles, descriptions, prices, availability, edition details, and images accurate. However, minor variations may occur, especially for books with updated covers, revised editions, or publisher changes.

If a product listing contains a material error, EasyToPick reserves the right to correct the information and contact you before processing or shipping the order.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method before dispatch, except where Cash on Delivery is available and selected.

We may update prices, discounts, or promotional offers at any time. A pricing error or technical issue may lead to order review or cancellation before shipment.

You may request order cancellation before the shipment is handed over to the courier. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and return eligibility will depend on the condition of the books and the nature of the issue.

EasyToPick may cancel or hold orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, unverifiable, or unavailable due to stock issues. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, a refund will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Books and study materials are often time-sensitive and condition-sensitive items. Returns or refunds are generally considered for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

All website content, including branding, design, logos, graphics, product copy, and original storefront materials, belongs to EasyToPick or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EasyToPick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, delays by courier partners, publisher changes, stock shortages, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our responsibility for a valid claim relating to an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, as applicable under Indian law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts handling matters connected to EasyToPick operations.
