Shipping Policy

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation or order verification.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand academic periods may take a little longer to process, but we work hard to avoid unnecessary delays.

For Kota deliveries, eligible in-stock orders may qualify for faster local fulfillment, often on the same day or the next working day depending on order time and service availability.

For the rest of India, standard courier delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your city, courier network, and local service conditions.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed. Eligible orders may receive free shipping based on order value, delivery location, or promotional offers running on EasyToPick.

If free shipping is not available for your order, the final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout and included in your order summary.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pin codes and order values. COD eligibility is determined at checkout based on your address, order amount, and courier support.

We may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch. If verification is unsuccessful, EasyToPick may cancel the order to prevent failed deliveries.

Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact method you provided during checkout, where available.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking page to update after dispatch confirmation is sent.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may happen due to weather, courier issues, exam-season volume, remote delivery areas, incorrect address details, payment verification, or other events beyond our control.

If a book title becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you and either update the order, offer an alternative, or issue a refund where applicable.
